On the basis of Article 61 Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Rules of Tender Sales (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, issue: 112/03), and Point 7 of the Public Invitation for participation in an International Tender with Variable Conditions under the code: BL-V-69/1 for the sale of state owned capital in the enterprise "ENERGOINVEST" Rasklopna oprema a.d. Lukavica - Istočno Sarajevo, published on November 02nd 2005,and the Announcement on the extension of the deadline for the sumission of bids, published on December 12th 2005, the Directorate for Privatization, 7 Mladena Stojanovica Street, Banja Luka (hereinafter: the Directorate), publishes the following:

on the extension of the deadline for the submission of bids for participation on the International Tender with Variable Conditions under the code: BL-V-69/1 for the sale of state owned capital in the enterprise:  
 "ENERGOINVEST" Rasklopna oprema a.d.
Lukavica - Istočno Sarajevo  
 
1.   The Directorate is extending the deadline for the submission of bids for participation on the International Tender with Variable Conditions under the code: BL - V - 69/1 for the sale of state owned capital in the enterprise "ENERGOINVEST" Rasklopna oprema a.d. Lukavica - Istočno Sarajevo, published by the Public Invitation on November 02nd 2005.
 
2.   The new deadline for the submission of bids runs out on January 18th 2006 at 15.00 hours. Bids are submitted directly to the Directorate.  
Public opening of the envelopes bearing the mark “Bid” and “Supporting Documentation” shall be conducted at the premises of the Directorate on January 18th 2006 commencing at 4:00 p.m., with an aim of disclosing bidders` identity.
