Systemic boards are the special type of Chamber’s organising and work regarding and representing attitudes on the most important systemic and economic issues.

Aiming improvement of foreign economic relations the System Board for foreign economic affairs is established.
 
The main tasks of the Board are:
• To perform the continuous analysis of foreign economic affairs regarding the interests of economy for doing business in optimal conditions and to give suggestions and opinions to the Chamber’s Bodies and Associations;
• To follow especially and participate in making regulations regarding foreign trade currency and customs system and foreign loan affairs;
• To ponder upon possible effects of regulations when in phase of adopting in order to influence its quality and to analyse influence of applying adopted regulations on the economic business;
• To do market researches in order to find solutions for foreign partners and its connecting with domestic enterprises;
• To nurture and develop cooperation with international economic organisations, national chambers, trade representative offices of foreign countries and other institutions as to include the economy of the Republic of Srpska in development projects and promote the economy of the Republic of Srpska;
• To cooperate especially with consular and diplomatic representative offices of Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, foreign representative offices of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, trade representative offices of foreign countries regarding expert help (providing relevant information, data, propaganda material, organising business delegations, etc.) in order to have as high quality as possible of promoting and presenting the economy of the Republic of Srpska abroad; 
• To participate in organisation of promoting export possibilities of the economy of the Republic of Srpska; products, projects, knowledge, services, preparation for participation of the economy of the Republic of Srpska in international fairs, exhibitions, symposiums, organisation of business meetings and other kinds of economic activities
• To organise topic discussions on certain issues regarding Board’s activities
• To provide info and other services at the clients request
