MEMBERSHIP IN THE CHAMBER
The Document which is taken as a base for the membership of an economic subject in the Chamber is the Adjoining note – the Declaration on voluntary joining, whereas the amount of Chamber membership fee is defined accordingly to the Decision on manner of calculating and amount of annual membership fee, deadlines and manners of paying it (Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Srpska).

Rights, obligations and responsibilities of Chamber members
Chamber members are equal in rights, obligations and responsibilities in the Chamber. Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Chamber members are the following:
- to chose their representatives in Chamber bodies;
- to direct Chamber business through their representatives;
- to participate in the work of Branch associations and other kinds of Chamber organisations;
- to exchange information and experiences in the Chamber, to do consulting and to initiate the organisation of consulting;
- to start the initiative for adopting and changing laws and other regulations and measures of interest for the economy;
- to use expert help of the Chamber regarding issues for which the Chamber is in authority;
- to use services that the Chamber provides accordingly to the Law authorisations;
- to provide data and information necessary for executing Chamber tasks;
- to respect the Statute provisions, decisions, conclusions and other acts of the Chamber bodies, and also to develop mutual responsibility for execution of Chamber tasks;
- to pay the membership fee to the Chamber regularly.
